Projects

Denotes the various projects that every employee works on across your teams. By adding projects/tracking work hours by projects, you can assess how much time spent on what projects and by whom.

Tasks

It is the series of individual tasks that you work across different projects. Depending on the nature and size of each project, the number of tasks may vary. 

Teams

The various teams that make up your entire company/organization including the remote and distributed teams if any.

Screenshots

To help you oversee your employees work, a snapshot of the user’s screen will be captured for every 10 mins, grouped based on a 1-hour time-interval.

Timesheets

A timeline representation of an employee’s work log for the selected period of time; month/day/week. The timesheets can be further screened using the filters as per your convenience.

Manual Time

Once a user manually sets the start time and end time, the app will automatically track the day’s work log for the selected time period whether or not the user is switching on/off the app. 

Detailed Reporting

Dashboard

A one-stop place to oversee and control all of your employees’ work logs. You can compare and visualize the individual user’s report with the “All Users” report using charts and more.

Activity Logs

A regularly updated data of an employee’s work log tracked in accordance with hours, projects, tasks, specific period etc.

Project Reports

While generating a time report, you can screen the work log data based on a specific project using the “Project” filter by option. 

User Reports

While generating a time report, you can screen the work log data based on a specific user (or all users) using the “User” filter by option.

Static Reports

It fetches you the selected user(s) report for that chosen period of time-interval without any changes.

Real-Time Reports

It fetches you the regularly updated selected user(s) report corresponding to the chosen time period.

Private Workspace

Each and every user data namely, report, work log, screenshots, privileges and other info will stay private within their workspace.

Multiple Roles & Permissions

You can allow as many users as you wish and can assign roles and permissions for the selected users as per your requirements. 

Hide Pages (ACL)

Besides admin and tenant, you can enjoy the liberty of hiding selected routes for all and desirable users.
